Variables renamed to descriptive names (Spacing, Radius, Font Family, Font Weights, Line Heights, Letter Spacing) and bound to repeated values across every page, with Body, headings, paragraphs, links and lists styled through them. Heading sizes step down on every breakpoint, including inside the Journal rich text.

Button, Rounded Button and Panel Button are now components with variants, used on every page and CMS template.

Page intros, scroll reveals, parallax, marquees, the glass heading and the hover effects rebuilt as native Webflow Interactions with GSAP; the custom GSAP script now keeps only the logic-driven modules. One 250 ms timing for every hover and focus transition, animation durations kept between 0.15 and 0.8 seconds, and hero images set to load first.

Instructions now cover the GSAP element map, key variables and removal steps, the SVG icons and every hidden or collapsed element.

Tablet and phone layout fixes on the Property template, About and Services pages, styled form messages and copy corrections.

Every CMS listing is now a Collection List: the Properties grid and More homes, Agents, Journal, the services rows and cards, the Home property panels, the About team slider, Other services and the homes on agent pages.

Properties, Agents and Services hold seven items each and the journal six. Collection URLs are singular (/property/, /agent/, /service/ and /journal/), and the Journal collection is now called Journal Posts.

Images compressed with Webflow’s image compression: large site images to AVIF or WebP and every CMS image to AVIF.

The navigation logo is a single SVG image, with a light version for the open phone menu, so it can be swapped in one step.

Accessibility: main, navigation and footer landmarks on every page, a proper button for the floating bottom menu, Escape closes the menus, collapsed FAQ answers are hidden from screen readers, and links, buttons and form fields show a visible keyboard focus state.

All motion and the mortgage calculator on GSAP 3.15 (loaded natively via Site settings → GSAP) in a single documented footer script: hero entrances, page reveals, marquees, FAQ accordions, Work Index scroll list, video lightbox, floor-plan tabs, sliders, hover effects and the calculator’s inputs, ring, chart and table. No other custom code.

Fully responsive across Webflow’s 1280+, desktop, tablet, mobile landscape and mobile portrait breakpoints, checked at 1440, 1024, 768 and 390 px.
