All graphical assets in this template are licensed for personal and commercial use. If you'd like to use a specific asset, please check the license below.
Template licence
Avenlo is sold under the Webflow Marketplace template licence, set out in the Webflow Marketplace Agreement. One purchase covers one Webflow site. You may customise every page, component and collection freely; you may not resell or redistribute the template, or any substantial part of it, as a template. Below is what the template was built with and what you need to replace before launch.
Fonts
Photography
Every photograph in the demo content is placeholder imagery from the free stock libraries below. Replace it with your own or with images you hold a licence for before you go live — property photography in particular must be yours or your client’s. Agent portraits are placeholders too; swap them in the Agents collection.
Icons, logos and illustration
All interface icons are hand-drawn SVG paths embedded in the pages (plus, arrow, play, amenity glyphs), the floor-plan drawings are original vector artwork, and the client and partner logos (Larkmere, Copperfen, Quillmark, Fernhollow and the rest) are fictional brands drawn for this template — no real company is shown. These are included in the licence and may be edited or replaced. The social icons are the trademarks of their networks and are used only to link to those accounts.
Video
The template ships with no video files. The only video is the introduction film in the lightbox, which streams from YouTube and only loads when a visitor presses play (see Third-party services). The “A look around” section on property pages and the CTA band use photographs covered by the photo licences above.
