Mei-Lin Chen
Head of Lettings
About
Mei-Lin runs lettings and looks after the landlords who have stayed with us longest. She reads a tenancy agreement the way a surveyor reads a roof.
Experience
Twelve years in lettings, six of them building the managed portfolio here. Mei-Lin knows which landlords answer the phone at nine on a Sunday, which is usually what decides a tenancy.
